There are all kinds of theories. There are the 'head-coach-must-go' chants and the 'GM-is-an-idiot' cries. There are questions about chemistry and character, about the talent, about the coach either running a country club or being a sadistic so-and-so intent on mentally torturing the troops.

    THE FRED AND JOE SHOW:

RB Fred Reid took a good chunk of the work out of the Bombers backfield at Friday's last full practice before Sunday's rematch with the Riders, although new tailback Joe Smith is getting busier. Smith, interestingly, also returned a kickoff at the workout as he digests more and more of the offensive game plan. Updated 1:03 PM 09/06/08
