INDIANAPOLIS - Peyton Manning attended his first practice Tuesday with the Indianapolis Colts since he had knee surgery just over five weeks ago.
Manning accompanied the Colts to their first practice session at the new Lucas Oil Stadium. He wore a team jersey and shorts, with an elastic band around his left knee.
He appeared to walk without much problem. Manning had surgery July-- to remove an infected bursa sac.
Manning didn't wear pads and didn't warm up with his teammates before the practice session.
Coach Tony Dungy said Monday that Manning might begin practising next week.
